From 13 to 19 December 2025, snowsports enthusiasts will be able to enjoy an early opening of the Morzine ski area and Les Portes du Soleil.
This limited opening gives skiers the chance to discover a selection of pistes and lifts ahead of the official season launch.
The early opening of the Morzine ski area will begin on 13 December 2025 and run until 19 December. In this minimal scenario, three lifts will be accessible in Morzine: the Pleney gondola (9:00am – 4:00pm) and the Mouilles and Nabor chairlifts (9:15am – 3:45pm).
As for the pistes, skiers will be able to enjoy the Nabor piste as well as the Mouilles sector. The link to the neighbouring resort of Les Gets will not be open.
The ticket offices will be open from 8:45am to 5:00pm, and a dedicated Morzine 1-day pass will be available at a special rate.
This early opening allows skiers to make the most of the snow, enjoy quieter pistes, and experience the unique atmosphere of the season’s very first runs. It’s the perfect opportunity to get back into the swing of things before the official season starts on 20 December 2025.
