If you don’t have a hands-free card, continue with the online purchase process: selection > order > basket > payment.
An order receipt will be sent to you by email on completion of your order. Keep it, as you’ll need it to collect your package, and in case of loss or complaint with our customer service department.
You’ll also find all the information about your order in your customer account.
There are 2 ways to obtain your passes:
- Pick-up at the cash desk or kiosk upon receipt of your order receipt,
- Home delivery for Portes du Soleil packages only (please allow 8 days for delivery).
If you have a hands-free card, you can top up your plan online.
- Log in to your account (or create one if you don’t have one),
- Choose your package (area, date, duration, etc.),
- Enter your card number in the “order” step,
- Finalize your order.
Your package will be activated automatically within 15 minutes, without any action on your part or need for a checkout.
In online sales, when you are asked for a card number when choosing your package, this is the number of your hands-free card which supports your package (and not your bank card number).
The “hands-free” card is your ski pass holder. It looks like a bank card. It contains a microchip that allows you to trigger the lift gate without taking it out of your pocket.
The chip can also be used to recharge your ski pass online, thanks to the number printed on it.
The “hands-free” card costs €3 and must be purchased for the first time. It is non-refundable, but can be reused for several years.
The pass is free for children under 5, but the €3 “hands-free” card is compulsory.
Proof of civil status will be required to obtain it.
The pass can be purchased online or at lift ticket offices. However, it is not available from automatic terminals.
Children benefiting from this type of free pass must be accompanied by an adult in possession of a valid pass.
The photo is compulsory for all packages lasting more than 8 days.
For online purchases, the photo is uploaded when the order is placed.
For purchases at the checkout, the photo is scanned or taken with the webcam of our checkout staff.
2 scenarios for ski passes purchased online:
- Purchase of a new lift pass > the lift pass will be available at the lift ticket office the day before its validity date. This ticket office is the one you chose when you placed your order and is indicated on your order summary,
- Recharging a lift pass > your lift pass is automatically activated within 15 minutes, without any action on your part or the need to go to the ticket office.
Your pass purchased online is available at the cash desk 1 hour after you receive your order receipt. You can collect your lift pass from the cashier of your choice or from one of our automatic terminals.
You will need your order receipt to collect your passes. This can be produced on paper or on your cell phone.
