If you already have a hands-free card, you can reload your pass online using its unique WTP number (at least 20 minutes before your first lift access).
You can also purchase a hands-free card online for €3 incl. VAT, then collect it from:
- the 24/7 Pleney pick-up box
- the 24/7 Pleney ticket machine
- the Pleney or Nyon ticket offices
